A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for work on the United Utilties Framework and to provide commercial support across a variety of projects, bespoke contracts, and emergency works. The role involves maintaining accurate commercial information, ensuring contractual compliance, and maximising commercial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Cost management, forecasting, CVRs, and cash flow reporting

Procurement, subcontract management, and financial accounting

Preparation and agreement of applications, variations, and claims

Collaboration with site teams to manage costs and improve efficiency

Building strong client and supply chain relationships
Requirements

HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-
Experience with NEC/ICE contracts and construction law
-
Strong commercial reporting and subcontract management skills
-
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Membership of RICS (or working towards) is desirable
