Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute short- and long-term sales strategies

  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives

  • Maintain pipeline and manage leads via CRM (Salesforce)

  • Meet regularly with clients to assess needs and strengthen relationships

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing

  • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports

  • Recommend service enhancements based on customer feedback

  • Deliver against individual targets aligned to business objectives

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within construction, utilities, or traffic management

  • Strong planning, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

  • Full UK driving licence
