Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to develop your career on major infrastructure projects?
Our client is an established engineering and infrastructure specialist delivering projects across the water, transport, energy and built environment sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of water and wastewater projects, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team.

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll provide commercial and cost management support across major infrastructure projects, working closely with project managers, commercial teams and site delivery staff.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing commercial performance and cost control across allocated projects.

Producing CVRs, forecasts, cost reports and financial analysis.

Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and final accounts.

Supporting the administration of NEC contracts.
-
Managing change, compensation events, risks and opportunities.
-
Working with delivery teams to identify efficiencies and maximise project value.

Supporting commercial governance, client reporting and contractual compliance.

Ensuring commercial activities align with project requirements and contractual obligations.
About You
We're keen to hear from Quantity Surveyors with experience in civil engineering, utilities, water or wider infrastructure.
You'll ideally have:

Experience in commercial management and cost control.

A background in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

A good understanding of NEC contracts.

Experience managing subcontractors, valuations and commercial reporting.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach.
-
A degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline (desirable).
