An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a national contractor on an ongoing freelance basis. You will be overseeing multiple decent homes projects in Nottinghamshire so availability to travel between locations is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the dayto-day operations
- Organise and manage subcontractors on site
- Implement and enforce health and safety practices, adhering to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) guidelines
- Being the first point of contact for the client and subcontractor
- Travel between sites across Yorkshire including Bradford, Doncaster, Sheffield etc.
- Meeting clients and managing their expectations
Requirements:
- You must have direct experience in social housing, local authority or similar housing association refits
- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and problem solving abilities
