Our client, a New Build housing developer, is looking for a Site Manager – Regional Floater on sites across the Northeast.
This is a Permanent position.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Plan, manage, and lead all on site construction and customer care activities to ensure the projects are completed of quality and in line with company regulations.
- Manage sites and build in line with site plans, ensuring budget, safety, and building regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Manage all onsite labour and subcontractors.
- Manage Health and Safety requirements relating to all colleagues on site.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on New Build Housing Development sites.
- Great knowledge of construction methods/ processes and understanding of financial implications of methods.
- Broad awareness of codes of practice – NHBC, Building regs.
- Flexible on travel, as for this role, flexibility on location is required.
