About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Package Manager to join our team on a large high-rise development in Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take ownership of internal works, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with project timelines and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage internal fit-out packages, ensuring quality, budget, and programme compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring seamless progression of works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Work closely with project managers, design teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are strictly adhered to.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any on-site challenges efficiently.
- Manage progress reporting, keeping stakeholders updated on key milestones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Package Manager / Fit-Out Manager on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Strong background in high-rise construction and internal works.
- Excellent knowledge of finishing trades, fit-out processes, and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
