Site Administrator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy site in Bacton, Norwich. Working hours can be flexible to suit the candidate. This will be a long term assignment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.

  • Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and compliance logs.

  • Ensure all compliance certificates and documentation are up to date and filed in line with the premises management plan.

  • Manage site supplies, equipment, and vendor/contractor communications.

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.

  • Support internal and external communications as required.

  • Work in accordance with company health and safety policies to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors on site.

  • Undertake additional administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a site administration or office administration role.

  • Experience supporting compliance and statutory site checks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
