Job: Sales Director (Interior Design)

Location: London

Term: Permanent

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 per annum dependent on experience (Please advise what you’re looking for)

Our client are an luxury interior design studio, looking to take on Sales Director on a permanent basis, in the London area. You will ideally have a background or understanding of the current interior design market, including the latest trends, and hold a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across the UK or overseas.

The Sales Director will ideally have the following attributes:

  • A degree or background in business management or a related field.
  • Have experience using Excel and sales analytic tools
  • 10 or more years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Be able to leverage industry knowledge and contacts to identify new opportunities  
  • Be strategically minded to grow and diversify the business
  • Have the ability to achieve and monitor sales KPIs independently 
  • Excellent understanding of the high-end interior design industry and real estate market  

The Sales Director role will involve:

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed sales targets to achieve new clients and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the directors on sales strategies across UK and international opportunities.
  • Motivate and guide teams to achieve the company's financial goals
  • Identifying new market opportunities, setting sales targets, and delivering on these objectives.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team
  • Nurture and build on current client relationships and new business opportunities
