Our Client, a New build housing developer of affordable homes, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Sites are based within the Northeast.
Responsibilities –
- Manage all cost relating to projects, minimize costs of projects, enhance margins.
- Tendering
- Budgeting
- Valuations
- Adaptions (where required)
What we need from you:
- Previous experience with new Build housing developers.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Degree qualified/ HNC in Quantity Surveying.
- You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
