Our client is looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join the team supporting a large infrastructure framework. This is a long term contract role with the potential to turn in to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties include but not limited to:
- General support for Project, Construction and Commercial Manager.
- Minutes, Actions, Planner App
- Draft reporting (client, internal etc)
- Supporting delivery team with use of Sharepoint.
- Supporting with document submissions/collation.
- Project Folder Set Up.
- Project Calendar Coordination
- Single point of contact for basic material orders/call offs.
- Basic plant / welfare orders/chasing and planning.

- Collation of hours works, SHEQ statistics from SHEQ team.
