Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
- Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconcile accounts and track project expenses.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
- Handle queries from clients and suppliers regarding financial transactions.
- Support with weekly payroll.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
Skills & Experience:
- A basic understanding of finance and accounting principles (education in accounting/finance is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a finance based role ideal but not essential.
