Our client who specialises in providing high-quality ground maintenance services for a range of clients’ commercial clients including schools, hospitals, retail outlets. They are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Assistant to join their team and help ensure exceptional service delivery for their valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and our bespoke app system.
- Problem-solving and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Logging customer requests and service updates in our system.
- Providing accurate information on our services and processes.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Keeping accurate records and updating customer information.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks, including using Excel and Outlook to track and manage data.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong telephone communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, including our bespoke app.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
