Project Manager

We are working with a top tier client who are seeking a Project Manager to work in the Yorkshire region on a full time basis on the Yorkshire Water framework. As the Project Manager you will deliver a wide range of non-infrastructure and infrastructure projects throughout the Yokrshire region.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan and coordinate deliver for infrastructure water and wastewater projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget and to the agreed standard
  • Undertake regular health and safety tours on site ensuring that the high standard is maintained and improved upon
  • Build and develop the wider operational team to deliver all aspects of the project/contract requirements
  • Responsible for the delivery of projects with a value up to £10m.
  • Liaise with design team to ensure buildable cost effective solutions are delivered to the required specifications
  • Ensure all HSE-related documents are kept up to date
  • Line management of Site Managers, Site Foreman and Engineers
  • Ensure method statements, risk assessments are created, in place and reviewed as and when required

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in the Civil Engineering/Water sector
  • CSCS Managers Card
  • SMSTS
  • CDM Awareness
  • NEC Contract Awareness 
  • Envrionmental Management (SEATS)
  • Full driving license 
  • Ability to use Primavera P6 software or equivalent 
  • NEBOSH or IOSH - desireable 

The salary is indicative and based on experience.
