Your Expertise:
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should thrive on managing multiple priorities and enjoy a diverse work environment. Building positive relationships is key in this role, so exceptional IT, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience working on kitchen, bathroom, and external refurbishment projects is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of a strong, diverse operational team known for their friendly approach, you will:
- Deliver a customer-focused, community-based service for our housing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Drive initiatives to meet internal and client KPIs, always prioritising the best interests of the customers while adhering to company, client, and statutory regulations.
