Freelance Administrator (Construction)
Location: Stanley, County Durham 

Contract: Freelance, until end of March

Role Overview:

You will provide administrative support across multiple live projects, ensuring documentation, communication, and financial processes are handled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and document control

  • Preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders

  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

  • Managing project paperwork and compliance records

  • Assisting with timesheets and subcontractor paperwork

  • Maintaining health & safety documentation

  • Email and telephone correspondence

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience (construction sector preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload

  • Professional communication skills

  • Reliable and detail-oriented
