Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Recruitment can be one of the toughest but equally rewarding career routes and we are looking to support a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, who is looking to start that journey within Linear. 

We are an independent, employee owned, service-orientated recruitment partner with offices in Sheffield, Newcastle and Manchester that operate across the Construction, Architecture & Design, Rail & Infrastructure, Utilities and Industrial sector. The staff are the heart of the business and we are highly driven to be successful with exciting expansion plans to keep growing. 


The day-to-day role will involve finding high quality candidates for the clients we service,whether this be through job adverts, CV databases, social media, events, referrals, or head hunting. As a team, we work closely together with a strong motivation to support each others successes. The current opening is within our Newcastle based Architecture and Design division that has enjoyed strong success since opening in 2022 with an excellent client base - We are delighted to partner with many of the top companies within this sector, both regionally and on a national scale. 

We will provide full training and ongoing support for you to push your potential and keep progressing. Our current formal training programme is delivered by an external partner with our CRM training developed by our provider. You will, however, gain full on-going and dedicated in-house training. We invest heavily into trainee's, working with you to achieve both personal and work-related goals. 

We are looking for individuals that not only wish to boost their financial reward but are motivated by providing a top-quality driven service to both client and candidate alike. Given the nature of the sector, we can offer strong progression routes for the right individuals. You will be goal-orientated, highly motivated, good at building rapport and hold strong verbal and written communication skills.
