We are working with a leading retrofit decarbonisation solutions provider and principal contractor, delivering at scale across all housing tenure types in Wrexham and beyond. They are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team on a site in Wrexham.
Due to the nature of this role, previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer role is not essential, the client is open to receiving CVs from candidates who have Customer Facing experience.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants in social, owner-occupied, and private rental homes undergoing retrofit works. You will ensure that tenants are kept informed about the works being carried out, addressing any concerns or queries they may have, and ensuring that disruption is minimised.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help tenants have a positive experience during the retrofit process.
