We are working with a top tier main contractor who are seeking a Site Agent to work on a Flood Alleviation scheme on a full time basis. As the Site Agent you will oversee management of site staff operatives and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and Project Management plans
- Understand the tender allowances and monitor contract costs against agreed budgets – company financial reporting
- Preparing and monitoring programmes of work
- Manage design co-ordination
- Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors
- Inform, consult and involve local groups as necessary
- Promote and ensure all work complies with safety, quality and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedures
- Understand and administer contract change
What do we need from you?
- Experience working with NEC forms of contract
- Significant civils experience including earthworks, drainage, structures and flood defences
- Relevant qualifications – (HND/HNC/BEng)
- Previous experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- Cranes Appointed Person
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving License
The salary is indicative and based on experience.
