Linear Recruitment are currently supporting a long established regional contractor on the recruitment of a Construction Site Manager to oversee projects valued at up to £1 million across a diverse range of sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong track record of delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites from inception through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and produce regular progress reports.
- Ensure all work complies with current legislation, building regulations, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager delivering projects up to £1 million in value.
- Experience across a variety of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, retail, and refurbishment projects is desirable.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card, and First Aid at Work certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
