Linear Recruitment is looking for an experienced site manager to cover social housing refurbishment schemes across the North East.
The position is for an immediate start and is due to run for 2 to 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on social housing refurbishment projects
- Managing subcontractors, trades, and site labour
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and office teams professionally
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining H&S compliance
- Monitoring programme progress and reporting updates
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of planned works / reactive maintenance environments
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage live occupied sites
