Site Manager required to deliver the construction of a new service reservoir. The project will also entail:
- The refurbishment of an existing reservoir and borehole
- Drainage works
- Earthworks
- Construction of site access roads
- Water main installation
- M&E Installation
- Testing & Commissioning
This expected duration of the assignment is 18 months. Previous involvement in the construction of similar scheme is essential.
As Site Agent, you will manage subcontractors, along with direct labour.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential. Temporary Works will be advantageous.
