Finishing Manager

Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Finishing Manager to work on a high value, multi room project in Nottingham. This is due to start immediately working until completion in August 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with subcontractors
• Managing the internal finishing and snagging team
• Inspection of completed internals
• Updating Project and Site Managers on the progress
• Upholding and enforcing company H&S policies and procedures

The successful candidate will have:

• Detailed Finishing Manager experience on large scale projects
• The relevant qualifications – CSCS, SMSTS and ideally 1^st Aid
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
