We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have managed multiple projects and can demonstrate their their experience in reporting work.
This project is working on a cladding remediation of a live site, so experience in this type of work is desired.
Located ideally in West London, the primary site is in Croydon, with travel required to the Newport Project once a fortnight.
Candidates must possess a strong track record in commercially managing their own projects, including a demonstrated ability to produce Project Cost/Value Reconciliations (CVRs). As a self-sufficient professional, you will oversee all project aspects from inception to completion, without support from Assistant or Trainee Quantity Surveyors.
