Senior / Associate Landscape Architect (CMLI)
London / Alton / Remote
Our client is an award-winning, design-led landscape architecture practice working across a diverse range of high-quality projects throughout the UK. Known for their thoughtful, collaborative approach and strong planning expertise, they are now looking to appoint a Senior or Associate Landscape Architect (CMLI) to join their growing team.
This opportunity is available either on an Outside IR35 contract basis or as a permanent position, offering flexibility to suit your career goals.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering landscape-led solutions across planning and design stages, with particular responsibility for:
- Producing high-quality LVIA reports and supporting landscape planning submissions.
- Applying in-depth knowledge of landscape planning policy and assessment.
- Leading projects and contributing strategically at senior or associate level.
- Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Candidates must be CMLI chartered and able to demonstrate strong technical and report-writing skills through both CV and portfolio.
Contract Option (Outside IR35)
- £30–£40 per hour.
- Outside IR35.
- Ideally based near one of Fabrik’s offices, though fully remote working can be considered.
- Contract role supporting live and upcoming projects.
Permanent Option
- £36,000 – £56,000, depending on experience.
- Based in Alton or London offices, with flexible and hybrid working options.
