We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our client's team to work from one their developments in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve set sales targets
- Meet up with clients to assess and qualify their needs
- Liaise with clients, solicitors and estate agents
- Conduct market research
- Ensure customer enquiry database is maintained
Requirements:
- Proven track record with housing or property sales
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
