Resident Liaison Officer

Linear Recruitment are searching for experienced Resident Liaison Officers (RLO) to join our client in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring planned / reactive works are completed to customers’ homes. You will have experience dealing with customers face to face and coming to resolutions quickly and calmy. This is a fast-paced role so previous experience working in a fast paced environment is crucial.

This is a temporary to permanent role.

Job duties:

  • First point of contact for customers, engaging through face to face meetings, via e-mail and telephone.
  • Communicating updates to customers, site teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing a high level of customer aftercare.
  • Liaising with contractors.
  • Managing expectations of customers and site teams.

Experience required:

  • Direct experience as an RLO / TLO is essential.
  • Ideally you will have experience from a contractor in a RLO or community engagement role completing planned / reactive maintenance.
  • Must have very strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to deal with difficult customers in an emphatic manner and come to a resolution.
  • Must have experience in a fast paced, high pressure role.
