Resident Liaison Officer (Isleworth)

Start Date: Monday, 24th March  
Contract Length: 1 Month (with potential for extended work)  

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our client's team in Isleworth for a short-term contract. Your primary responsibility will involve facilitating communication between the project team and residents during essential inspection works on the exterior cladding of the building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents during the inspection period.
- Provide information and updates regarding the inspection process.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in coordinating access and schedules for the inspection works.
- Foster a positive relationship between residents and the project team.

Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a liaison role, particularly within residential settings, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Looking to the Future:
While this role is initially a one-month contract, successful completion may lead to continued opportunities once they receive the go-ahead for the larger project, which is anticipated to last from six months to a year.
