Due to continued growth within our Rail, Power & Infrastructure division, we are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. The role offers responsibility across a broad geographical area, providing excellent scope to establish and grow your own desk while maximising commission potential.

We are ideally looking for candidates with previous 360 recruitment experience, although we are equally interested in speaking with motivated individuals looking to develop a career in a target-driven sales environment. If you are hardworking, proactive, confident on the phone, and dependable, you will thrive within our team.

In this full 360 recruitment role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients to generate additional business and grow a successful, profitable desk
  • Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates while delivering a high standard of proactive customer service and consistently meeting expectations
  • Sourcing and placing suitably skilled candidates into vacancies within required timescales to meet client needs
  • Expanding your client and candidate network through business development activities, including telephone outreach, face-to-face meetings, and advertising campaigns
  • Working towards agreed targets and KPIs, with regular performance reviews and reporting through weekly meetings and one-to-one sessions

The role is based right in Sheffield City Centre, with the option to work from home 1 day/week, upon completion of your probationary period. 

Uncapped commission and real scope for genuine career progression (based on your performance), are assured and clearly achievable. The salary banding is indicative based on your career history so far, but as we say, your attitude is more important than the experience you currently have.
