The Company/Role:
We are working with an innovative manufacturer of sustainable building products for the construction industry. They provide an alternative to SFS, Drylining and Blockwork with an advanced wall solution that is transforming the UK construction industry.
They are recruiting for a Project Specification Manager to cover London.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record, within the construction industry, of securing project sales via Architects, Main Contractors and Specialist Sub Contractors. You will be able to demonstrate that you can leverage relationships within this arena to successfully secure project orders. Familiar within the Drylining/Façade interfaces and details will be an advantage.
This position will report into the Business Development Director.

· Sales and margin focused.
· Technically competent, comfortable dealing with systems and process.
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
· Proven track record dealing with Architects, Main Contractors, and Sub Contractors.
· Strong desire to grow the business within the Southeast.
· Competent with Windows based systems and CRM systems.
. Must be based within easy reach of central London.
