About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Build to Rent (BTR) development in Leeds. This high-profile project involves the construction of a large-scale residential scheme designed to meet modern urban living demands. As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of the BTR scheme, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain progress.
  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and local authorities.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reports, and meetings, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Drive quality assurance processes to ensure the development meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Promote innovative construction methods and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large residential, Build to Rent, or mixed-use developments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning processes, and industry best practices.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
