Project Controls Manager

We’re recruiting for a Project Controls Manager on behalf of our client to deliver a pioneering, large-diameter, high-pressure cross-country pipeline project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programme and reporting management across engineering and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align operations and commercial strategies with the project plan.
  • Manage KPI reporting and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, cost control, and risk registers, including real-time progress reporting.
  • Lead integrated project planning and schedule development using Primavera P6.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in large-scale, multi-phase construction projects, with 5+ years in a leadership role in Project Controls.
  • Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Primavera P6, risk management (preferably Monte Carlo simulation), and stakeholder engagement.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proven leadership, strategic reporting, and collaborative project environment experience.
