Our client is seeking a Principal Designer to join there team, leading the expertise as the business look to promote further growth to the team.

As a Principal Designer you will lead the project through pre construction, managing health and safety aspects, carrying out audits, advising clients on CDM regulations 2015, risk assessments and analysing the design. You will require good building regulations knowledge.
The salary is initially looking to pay up to £60,000 with regular reviews and excellent company package.
Other benefits include a 4.5 day working week, flexible and hybrid working. The company have also successfully achieved B-Corp accreditation.
