We are looking for a Package Manager, to assist the team in completing the internal package of high-rise accommodation.
Role Overview: As a Construction Package Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of the internal packages for our high-rise development. You will manage the coordination between various subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage internal package delivery from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Package Manager in the construction industry, preferably with high-rise projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management (SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS).
