Job Opportunity: Finishing Foreman – Housing Site, Aygarth
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a housing development site in Aygarth. This is a freelance position running until approximately Christmas, offering the chance to lead and oversee high-quality finishing work in a dynamic residential project.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on-site, ensuring work meets project standards and deadlines.

Manage workflow, schedules, and materials for painting, plastering, flooring, and other finishing tasks.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations on-site.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site management to keep the project on track.

Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential housing projects.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent knowledge of finishing trades (plastering, painting, flooring, carpentry, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
