Our client is a leading contractor with a longstanding customer base, operating across the UK on high profile schemes to £100m in value.
Due to new project wins, our client is looking for a Design Manager on an ongoing Freelance basis, The focus of the role will very much be on Pre-Construction elements to large scale refurbishment contracts to the value of £20m.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all design elements of new projects from pre-construction up to delivery focusing on investigation, planning and design stages. This role involves managing key stakeholders, overseeing all design and technical elements of the project to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of pre-construction particularly in design management for large-scale construction schemes, ideally with a focus on high rise buildings.
