Customer Experience Coordinator

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for two Customer Experience Coordinators to join their team in the Sunderland area. Based on Site you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to liaise with residential and keep them up to date on planned works and support them through the journey. 

If you have experience of providing excellent customer service, handling complaints, and coordinating or organising projects then this role could be for you.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake visits to customers in their homes to monitor work and address customer concerns or issues to avoid escalation.
  • Manage all activities that relate to the customers journey, from introduction to completion.
  • Assist the site manager in all activities which affect customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

 

What we need from you:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication/ negotiating skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Confident and organized.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • Report writing experience.
