Linear recruitment are working with a Regional Housing Contractor in the Northeast that are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team.

The role focuses on providing excellent customer experiences and to support customers through their journey with the company, whilst works are being conducted on their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Visits to customers in their homes to monitor works and address customer concerns or issues to avoid escalation.
  • Manage all activities that relate to the customers journey, from introduction to completion.
  • Assist the site manager in all activities in which effects customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

What we need from you:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environments.
  • Excellent communication/ negotiating skills.
  • Team Player
  • Confident and organized.
