We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover for one week on a busy new build housing site in Stokesley.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.

Ensure health & safety regulations are maintained on site.

Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule.

Maintain quality control and resolve any site issues promptly.

Liaise with trades, suppliers, and the management team.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role on a new build housing site.
-
Valid CSCS card.
-
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
-
First Aid at Work (preferred).

Strong organisational and communication skills.
