Job Title: Assistant Site Manager – Holiday Cover

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover for one week on a busy new build housing site in Stokesley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.

  • Ensure health & safety regulations are maintained on site.

  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule.

  • Maintain quality control and resolve any site issues promptly.

  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role on a new build housing site.

  • Valid CSCS card.

  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

  • First Aid at Work (preferred).

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
