We are currently partnering with a well-established architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This role will focus on Stage 4 technical detailing within the healthcare sector, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile schemes. Fully remote working may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings using Revit
- Deliver Stage 4 design and construction information
- Collaborate with the wider design team to ensure accuracy and coordination
- Support the delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Solid experience delivering Stage 4 / technical detailing packages
- Experience within the healthcare sector
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
