Architectural Technologist

Are you an experienced planner or technically skilled in managing residential-led projects across the country? We are seeking an Architectural Technologist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field, and over three years of industry experience. Your focus will be on delivering large-scale residential and master planning schemes.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering housing projects in the UK for national housebuilders, land promoters, and regional developers, securing allocations and planning consents. Experience working with local planning authorities and clients in the South East of England is essential.

Your responsibilities will include using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite while working on housing and residential projects of varying scales. A working knowledge of building regulations and planning legislation is required.
