We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with experience in residential projects, including build-to-rent or student accommodation. The role can be worked remotely, but applicants need to be based in the UK and have experience working on UK-based projects.
You’ll work on exciting new-build and refurbishment student accommodation schemes, as well as mid- and high-rise residential projects, helping to turn design ideas into buildable, high-quality living environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing and coordinating technical drawings using Revit/BIM.
- Supporting projects across all RIBA stages.
- Working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Delivering clear, compliant, buildable solutions for education clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification in Architectural Technology (CIAT or working towards ideal).
- Experience on residential projects, including build-to-rent or student accommodation.
- Strong Revit skills.
- Great attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstarted job running capabilities.
