We are currently working with a leading residential developer looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the technical delivery of residential schemes, supporting projects from land acquisition through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage consultant design teams including architects, engineers, and external specialists
- Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and design information
- Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions
- Support the progression of developments through planning, approvals, and technical stages
- Liaise with internal departments including land, planning, construction, and commercial teams
- Assist with site queries and technical issues during construction
- Monitor programme deadlines and ensure timely delivery of information
- Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within a housebuilder or residential developer
- Strong understanding of residential construction and technical design
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards
- Experience coordinating external consultants and design teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit beneficial)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
