Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the on site team on a school refurbishment project in Doncaster.

Overview

• Duration: 3 weeks
• Role: Freelance Site Manager
• Location: Doncaster  
• Start: Monday 10^th August

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a school refurbishment including replacing ceilings and floors, damp proofing, installing skirting boards and replacing boxings.   

• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation

• Liaise with the client and updating on progress 

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working on a similar project

• Strong joinery background

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and 1^st Aid   

• Ability to reliably commute to Doncaster
