Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Salary: £24-27k depending on experience, with car allowance option
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are working with a leading company specialising in social housing refurbishment, dedicated to improving the homes and lives of residents. They are currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support their project in Denbigh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents during refurbishment projects.
- Communicate effectively with residents, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and contractors.
- Ensure residents are supported and any issues are promptly addressed.
