Freelance QS required to work with a leading Civil Engineering Main Contractor that work predominantly in the Water Industry.
NEC 4 experience is essential (Options A/C/E).
Based in their Head Office, it will be necessary for you to drive to visit some of their construction sites on occasion.
The role will run until the end of the year and is classed as Inside IR35.
The permitted payment options by this client are Umbrella or PAYE. The rate is therefore indicative, dependent on your preference.
