We are working with a top tier main contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Water sector, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
The Role:
You will lead projects from design through to completion, working closely with Estimating, Site Teams, and Surveyors to meet client expectations and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Cost Management – Oversee budgets, forecasts, and project plans while ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
- Health & Safety – Lead on HSE compliance, ensuring all documentation and site practices meet regulations.
- Quality & Reporting – Manage ITPs, QA files, and project reports, ensuring accurate records and compliance with specifications.
- Risk & Issue Resolution – Identify challenges, provide solutions, and maintain commercial oversight to drive project success.
What You Need:
- Experience in civil engineering project management (Water sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and NEC contracts.
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- CSCS Manager’s Card & SMSTS Certification.
- Primavera P6 or equivalent project planning software experience.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
