Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager in Wakefield on a long term freelance basis. This will be working on 2 new build, steel frame, industrial units.
Job duties:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
- Ensure resource allocation and availability.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regularly to update on progress.
- Delegate tasks to junior staff members based on ability, skill set and expertise.
Experience required:
- Detailed Project Management expertise with steel frame industrial units.
- Previous experience with construction of car parks, groundworks, drainage etc.
- Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
