An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager in the Nottingham area to start on a long term, Temp to Perm role. This is working on a service station so related experience in fit outs and petrol stations is crucial. The role is due to start in September and candidates must be available for the start date.

 

Job duties:

  • Oversee the full project from start to finish
  • Lead and manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice as and when needed
  • Oversee and manage project timelines and update key stakeholders accordingly
  • Lead and ensure health and safety processes are adhered to
  • Manage the delivery of the project to a high standard, in budget and on time
  • Control labour costs
  • Attend regular contracts meetings and update on progress, difficulties, workload etc.

 

Experience required:

  • Must have detailed Project Management experience in fit outs
  • Must have experience in petrol stations
  • Proven experience in leading high value projects
  • Must have strong communication skills
