We are pleased to be working with a repeat Client to recruit a lead Project Manager for a £50m Apartment scheme in North London.
This particular organisation have a proven track record of building large scale Accommodation schemes across the United Kingdom and have a large portfolio of live and future projects across a number of longstanding clients.
Due to a recent award win, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for a scheme in North London; the scheme has a start date of early 2025 and so we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the scheme all the way from Pre-Construction, through the build programme through to completion. The scheme consists of over 400 apartments over 24 storys.
Applicants interested in this role must be able to show a background in leading (as a No.1) large scale, high value, high rise Accommodation schemes from start to finish, including management of sub-contractors and directly employed staff.
Ideally applicants will have relevant Construction related qualifications.
