Our Client, a National new build housing developer is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the team in Northeast on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

The main purpose for the role is to provide excellent customer care.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Customers, site, management teams and contractors.
  • Ensure Customer Care/ after sales image is of the highest standard by contacting customers after legal completion to make sure the customer is satisfied.
  • Produce and maintain all relevant documents relating to customer care accurately and efficiently.
  • Responsible for updating systems to ensure customer database is accurate.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Great communication and Team player.

Salary (£22,000 - £23,000) Dependent on experience

Please be advised this role is fixed-term of 12 months.
